A Purchasing Manager is required for a restaurants company located
in Heliopolis, with the following:

3. Preparing and processing orders, purchase orders and purchase invoices.
4. Monitor the purchase and supply of all items and services purchased according to the operating plan.
5. Maintaining all necessary records for financial management.

• 5 to 6 years of experience in the restaurant sector as a purchasing manager.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and ERP systems.
• Experience in the field of food and beverage (mainly restaurants).
• Negotiation skills.
