"office Admin" For Mostshark consulting company :
Job Description:
- Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to
appropriate staff members, answer phone and route calls as
appropriate.
- Regularly update employees’ contact information and telephone
extension list.
- Assist the managing director in all secretarial and admin tasks.
- Handle the daily activities in the company & managing
appointments, meetings & visitors.
- Prepare the official correspondences, letters, memos, Emails &
forms.
- Organize/schedule meetings and appointments and produce the
minutes of meetings.
- Book travel arrangements and handle hotel reservations.
- Organize and maintain the filing system.
- Assists colleagues whenever necessary.
- Maintains general office files, including job files, vendor files, and
other files related to the company’s operations.
- Keeps databases in check and update them regularly.
- Working hours 9 , 2 days off.
- rotational shifts maximum 9 PM.
Job Requirements:
- FEMALES ONLY
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative, or
similar role.
- Giza residents is a must .
- Very good in the English Language is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Suit.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to
prioritise tasks.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as - part of a team, helping out with
various tasks as required.
