B Auto is hiring an Recruitment and OD Specialist in Sheraton

branch.

Job Description:

-Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the

utilization of resources.

-Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives,

action plans, programs, and training materials.

-Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development

initiatives.

-Leading business optimization initiatives by conducting individual

or group training sessions for personnel.

-Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans

Create and publish job ads in various portals

-Network with potential hires through professional groups on social

media and during events

-Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for

future employees

-Screen resumes and job applications

*Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree

- +4 years of experience.

- Computer Skills.

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize important projects.

- Ability to work under pressure, with a wide variety of personalities,

exhibit patience and understanding.
