Ghrghar Group for projects is currently looking for a call center agent to join our company.
call center agent role and duties:
- Receive calls from customers and maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle various customers’ requests and inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customers complaints.
- Responsible for customer follow-ups
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries/complaints.
- Use the available tools and systems to document customer requests and to provide the correct information and services.

call center agent job requirements:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication, phone etiquette, customer focus, multi-tasking, data entry skills.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office Applications.
