SCCL Studio is looking for Business Developer for immediate hiring with the following requirements:

  • Experience from 2 to 5 years.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Present our company to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customise product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role in the same field is a MUST.

As a rapidly growing company, with offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented individuals to join our company.


We are looking for a driven inside sales, marketing, or business development professional with a passion for business development to join our pre-sales team. The ideal candidate will be on the frontlines of the outbound and inbound sales and marketing efforts-- filling the funnel with interested prospects, building demand, conducting product demos, and setting up bespoke personal trials.


The Business Development Rep will own all aspects of the outbound lead-gen efforts by making phone calls, writing emails, booking and conducting demos, setting up free trials, responding to inbound requests, and maintaining excellent relationships with prospects. You will collaborate closely with the territory manager for strategy and planning, as well as connecting them with valuable prospects.


Responsibilities


  • Provide a steady stream of valuable leads for territory managers through trials, integrations and product recommendations
  • To achieve this a combination of 100 calls and emails per day will be expected
  • Manage daily inbound requests from marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to advance the sales process 
  • Log relationships, touch points, trials, and recommendations in SalesForce.com
  • Utilize sales ennoblement tools such as Balto, Calendly, YAMM, and Seamless.ai


Qualifications


  • Science and/or education background strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • A demonstrated passion for science, education, lowering costs for students, and the belief that video/technology can truly make a difference throughout the educational process
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship building
  • Ability to tell a compelling story in a short period of time
  • Strong organisation skills
