  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be working as a Sales Specialist and will be the part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products Division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible for selling of Motion business products (Drives & Motors) within the assigned market segments in accordance with strategy. You will also be building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues by Identifying and developing sales opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Achieving the yearly individual targets.
  • Maintaining and developing the existing relationship Customers.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance, appropriate offers and solutions.
  • Expanding network for better Geographical coverage and demand creation to ABB Customers.
  • Creating an effective plan to figure out opportunities within heavy industries segments
  • Monitoring and controlling the availability and prices for ABB in the market.
  • Monitoring the competitors Moves and market activity to react positively towards the market.
  • Enhancing the Sales and creating an effective plan to figure out any opportunities for geographical expansion.
  • Preparing offers in coordination with the sales support and/or ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
  • Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business and following all applicable legal, customer and ABB’s health, safety and environment requirements all the time.

Your background
  • A Bachelor’s degree Mechanisation or Electrical.
  • Minimum 3 & up to 7 years of experience in Sales.
  • Experience in Cement or Metal industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communications and Leadership skills.
  • Experience in Sales Management is a must.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic Language.
