We are seeking a data-driven digital performance marketer who thinks strategically, executes flawlessly, and understands how to drive brands through the marketing funnel. You are someone with proven track record of Ad set-up, execution and optimization across various platforms. 


You will mange and optimize the day-to-day execution of the digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition, retention and subscription nurturing and own digital media across all paid channels - Display, Programmatic, Direct, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEM and more. 


You must be able to work independently, cross-functionally and as part of close-knit, exceptionally nimble Digital team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You are results-focused, growth-driven and, at the same time, a strategic-minded brand builder.


Previous agency experience is required. You are a native arabic speaker.

performance marketing specialist job Requirements:

  • History of running effective paid marketing campaigns with a min 3 year experience with Shopping, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of different paid ecosystems and how marketers can use tools, data and operations to maximize performance success
  • Experience in tracking and tag manager
  • You have grown e-commerce brands primarily using paid acquisitions
  • Experience with Excel and the ability to use data to influence key decisions
  • Highly analytical mindset with ability to prioritize, manage several projects at once and work under pressure
  • SEO knowledge is a plus

  • Drive subscriptions, revenue & profitability through performance marketing efforts across paid marketing channels
  • Plan for all existing and new paid marketing channels (including but not limited to Paid Search, Display, Re-targeting, Paid Social, and Affiliate)
  • Develop, implement and optimize creative campaigns through working closely with the content, design and marketing teams
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure we reach our targeted goals and maximize performance, while also thinking creatively about growth opportunities
