  • Contract Specialist

At ( 5th settlement, New Cairo Branch.)

with the following criteria :

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree.

- Excellent English .

- Presentable .

- Excellent In Excel .

- Experience in Real estate is a must.

- Males Only.

- Job Description :

-Understand the terms of contracts for different projects and make sure from applying the all procedures according to company contract cycle.

-Negotiate with the clients about contract terms and help them if they want amendments after Backing to the legal consultants.

-Preparing customer's contracts and closing deals with them by getting contracts signed.

-Responsible for import and export the overseas contracts.

-Make a daily, weekly and monthly contracts reports for sales operation department.

-Responsible for archiving the contracts after ending all process.

-Upload contracts on CRM in cooperation with operation department.

Job Description

  • To manage operational tasks and activities and develop P&O processes aligned with global P&O strategy, principles and guidelines to a dedicated client group, supporting the implementation of processes / services / continuous improvement in scope.

Minimum Requirements
