Objective:

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a 

daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical 

tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greets clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

Assists clients in finding their way around the office.

Assists with a variety of administrative tasks including writing 

letters, circulars and memos, moreover, copying, faxing, and taking 

notes.
