- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies

-Managing the sales department in all its branches within the company to achieve the largest sales percentage.

-Follow up on negotiation and finalizing sales procedures and agreements with clients and intervene if required.

-Monitor and analyze sales ratios, measure performance, and suggest improvements

-Communicate with marketing and development departments to ensure brand consistency.

-Access to the latest developments and supervise the launch of new projects.

-Supervising the efforts of salesmen and directing them properly.

-Monitoring and evaluation of sales procedures, which include determining salespeople's paths, determining sales stages, receiving reports on sales activity, evaluating results reached, and taking appropriate corrective measures to improve and develop the level of performance.

-Submitting periodic reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual, about sales to senior    management.

-Designing the annual plans for the sales department by relying on studying the market requirements.

-Determining the strategic sales goals by setting a set of expectations about the volume of sales that will be achieved, compared to the amount of the percentage of sales that were monitored from the previous period, and also based on studying and analyzing the previous sales of the company.

-Determining and controlling the prices of the units, in partnership with the Director of Marketing     Department and the Director of the Financial Department.

-Follow up on the work of the sales department’s employees, and make sure that they do them according to the plans and tasks related to them, and this guarantees continuity in achieving success for the work.

-Maintaining the strengthening of the team effort in the sales department by supporting the role of cooperation between all employees in order to achieve special goals at work.

-Holding training courses and workshops for the employees of the sales department (the leader of the sales team), especially the new ones; So that they can understand the nature of the special work in the department, and this helps them to develop their skills and experience in the sales business.

-Follow up, analyze and direct the achievement of the required goals.Work to build strong relationships with clients and external bodies dealing with them, according to the company's policies.

-Solve the problems of the sales team internally and externally.

job Requirements:

   10 –15 year of relevant experience in real estate industry

Proven track record of as a high achiever in property sales

Charismatic leader who can inspire, lead and motivate the team

Knowledgeable about the local property market and the competitive landscape

Sales focused, target-oriented

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

After-sales relationship management

Excellent analytical skills

Professional look and attitude

Excellent English skills (Spoken & Written)

Advanced reporting skills in MS Office
