YOUR ROLE

Distribute the workload within the team & ensure rigid back-up plans are in place
Carry out day-to-day CO process
Control & support the performance of day-to-day CO operations
Monitor the team's performance, drive the improvement of KPIs, and provide proper feedback to team members & the Team Manager
Maintain hands-on knowledge of all processes performed, assist team members in resolving any related process issues, and provide support during critical working days
Sustain close collaboration with stakeholders
Challenge the team members for new continuous improvement opportunities
Coach and motivate team members to develop their competencies & ensure smooth on-boarding for the new comers
Support the Team Manager with strategic topics/projects: i.e. process migration, internal audit, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in a multicultural environment, preferably in a shared services environment
Excellent command of English, both in speaking & writing
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Knowledge of SAP Controlling modules is a plus
Strong team supervision and spoken communication skills
Team worker, problem solver, and initiative taker
