Operation Performance Centre Manager (VOIS)



Role Purpose

Operation Performance Center Manager drives convergence of IT solutions, processes, standards, methods, tools in the Technology Shared Service Center Egypt, by providing a unique framework to control service operations, including cost of service delivery, quality of outputs and timeliness of delivery. As well as leading the Service Delivery & IT Transformation unit of Vodafone TechVE (Technology VOIS Egypt) Shared Services Center, as an organization is an internal service provider to all Vodafone operating companies (Programmer Delivery, Infrastructure Management, Products and Services).


OPC Consists Of The Below Sub Departments
Budget Planning/Financial Management
Central Reporting and Analysis
Service Transition, and Enablement
Services and Transitions Quality Management
Resources Management & Seating

Key Account abilities And Responsibilities


Achieving P&L revenue & financial Targets with operational Budget of multi Million Euros per annum with ability to absorb challenges of 10% work load increase via efficiencies
Leading the Business Process Transformation Project in TechV, that aims for transforming organization to be more efficient via managing multiple efficiency Programmes.
Leading a growth stream program targeting growth across the shared service Center in Egypt , interfacing with HR resourcing team & apply transition methodology until launching new services.
Standardizing and structuring the way KPI are represented to Group Management across different shared service centers in TSS
Leading the benchmark exercise to compare centers performance with industry
Working to achieve more than 90% customer Satisfaction, building good Customer relationship meeting KPI’s and SLA’s
Drive new innovation opportunities and develop Continual Service Improvement CSI Plans based applying Lean Six Sigma
Highlight to business any potential issues and recommend solutions or actions.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

University graduate with minimum 15 years in technology management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal & Excellent presentation skills
Excellent understanding of IT services
Expertise in project management, budget forecast and cost & financial analysis.
