Hawaya 'subsidiary of Match Group the world’s leading provider of Match Making products' is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative needed with the below qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer care department.
Make sure the team responds to issues in a timely manner.
Create effective customer care procedures, policies, and standards.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
Maintain accurate records and document all customer care activities and discussions.
Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
Hire and train new customer service agents.
Manage the approved budget of the customer care department.
Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
Award and Certify our company for the best Customer Care awards worldwide.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a customer care position.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a small customer care team and/or startups is a plus.
