JOB PURPOSE: 

Responsible for managing a portfolio of Plus 

customers, maximizing existing portfolio and 

acquiring NTB Plus accounts, while providing a 

competitive, best-in-class customer experience to 

achieve assigned business volumes. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

Market the full range of bank’s products & 

services to the Plus client segmentation and 

contribute effectively in achieving Plus’ budget 

while identifying and meeting customer needs 

through acting as a financial advisor to assigned 

customers.

Manage and increase the portfolio by acquiring 

NTB Plus customer and cross selling FAB 

services / Products

Handling all Plus customers queries and 

complaints and ensure resolving them efficiently 

within the set TAT

Analyze portfolio performance statistics to better 

understand customer behavior and plan for future 

activities.

Review daily inflows / outflows of the assigned 

portfolio to retain clients and avoid losing funds

Ensure that customers are receiving a superior 

service and aligned with FAB guidelines, service 

standards and CBE regulations.

Adhere to the product parameters and credit 

policy manual.

Responsible for conducting a permanent market 

scan on competitor’s offering within the Plus 

proposition and provide recommendations to the 

Products and segments teams on improvements

Achieve operational excellence in all aspects of 

procedures and processes undertaken to ensure 

satisfactory audit.

Ensure completion of branch KYC according to 

time line set by management.

Improve “Net Promoter score” across all Plus 

customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 

Bachelor degree from a reputable university, 

MBA in business is a plus

Minimum 3 years of experience

Successful track record of sales and aggressive 

targets achievement

Experience in Retail & Customer Service areas is 

a must especially with affluent clients.

Excellent Marketing skills.

Customer Eccentric

Target oriented.

Excellent command of English Language.

Well organized, accurate, self-driven, problem 

solver and has the ability to work under stress & 

pressure.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and 

communication skills

 Assistant Product Manager – Product 


Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt 


Job Purpose;

Assisting Cards Development head in coming up 

with new products & initiatives to promote ADIB 

cards market share and maintain a healthy cards 

portfolio that is matching local & regional 

benchmarks.

Key Account abilities;

 ·Manage Cards business portfolio analysis e.g. 

Cards usage, Spend, Acquisition & Attrition.

·Responsible for defining, managing, & executing 

the partner merchants acquisition plan to ensure 

offering ADIB cardholders with best in market 

offers / discounts

·Generating different MISs to determine the best 

promotions & offers that can be given to our 

customers.

·Following each offer/campaign, analyze the effect

 of existing offers on customer’s behavior.

·Assist cards business team with different 

MIS/data mining that helps in decision-making 

processes.

·Responsible for all cards marketing collateral to

 ensure that they meet bank standards as well as 

convey accurate product information to customers.

·Manage relations with merchants and responsible.

 for merchant contracts renewals

·Responsible for developing/executing the various

 marketing/advertising campaigns that helps in 

driving the various pillars of cards business 

following cards management strategy.

·Ensure execution of the approved cards full year 

marketing calendar on a timely manner.

·Ensure updating competition market scan 

monthly and define gaps between what the market

 is offering Vs. ADIB card offerings/features.

·Assist in execution/project management of new launched products.

·Provide periodical MIS for Cards portfolio

·Manage Merchants & third party channels.

·And any other assigned tasks.

Academic and professional qualifications

Bachelor degree

Experience and other requirements

·Basic Qualifications:

Good communication & negotiation skills.

 Proactive.

 Results driven, innovative.

·Minimum Experience:

Grade 15: 4-6 years in relevant role.

Grade 16: 6-8 years in relevant role.
