Location Zahraa El Maadi

• Coordinate office activities and operations to 

secure efficiency and compliance with company 

policies.

• Responsibility for project documentation.

• Create and update records and databases with 

personnel, financial and other data.

• Manage phone calls and correspondence 

(e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).

• Generate reports, Typing, preparing, and 

collating reports.

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

• Organize meetings and arrange appointments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree.

- Very good at Microsoft.

- Very good in English communication.

- Maximum age 28 years.

- Females Only.
