We're looking for HR Generalist to join one of
our well known clients in Egypt. Our Client is a
provider of electronic devices and home
appliances.
Job Summary:
Human resource generalist assists in training and
developing employees. He also assists in
recruitment and day to day operations
Responsibilities:
Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage
the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
Design and implement effective training and
development plans.
Maintain and update employee records
Assist with day to day operations.
Manage health and social insurance programs.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources
Graduates of AUC and GUC
Good command in English and Arabic language.
Preferred:
A minimum of 1 years’ proven experience in a
similar role.
Good understanding of the full recruitment
process.
Good understanding on how to train and develop
employees.
Outstanding verbal and written communication
skills.
Solid problem-solving and team management
abilities.
