The First Micro Finance Foundation is hiring an
Admin Assistant
Job Description:
To provide all kind of secretarial support to the
senior management staff.
As well being responsible for all communication
and logistical activities needed in the Head Office
To handle all Head Office staff travel and
accommodation logistics.
Job Roles: Administration
Job Requirements
A Bachelor degree in business administration or a
relevant field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar position
related to providing management support
Successful track record of experience in office
management and secretarial is desired
Proficient in MS Office
Customer oriented and very good communicator;
Very good command of English Language
(spoken/written).
Very good business writing skills.
