We are a startup company working in E-learning Services looking for a talent caliber who is capable to support our business in lunching phase.


Job Objective:

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting daily operation activities, support the top management in reaching their goals.
The ideal candidate previously managed day-to-day operational activities, including operations, human resources, and accounting processes. You’re a motivated leader who is trust, and productivity. Ultimately, you’re responsible for continuing the success of our daily business practices.

Main responsibilities

• Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
• Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
• Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
• Assess overall company performance against objectives
• Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
• Establish and maintain relationship with service provider/ suppliers.
• Maintain databases and update it.
• Negotiate with suppliers, services provider for best prices, quality and delivery time.
• Managing and oversees the ongoing and under established projects.
• Solve clients’ needs and concerns through product innovations.
• Manage all end to end activities to ensure the high-quality deliver for our projects.
• Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
• Represent the company in events, conferences, business meetings etc.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law or any related degree.
• 10 + years of solid experience in operation/office management/ secretary.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar role.
• Fluent English Language
• Excellent MS office skills.
• Ability to meet new internet technology.
• Strong capabilities with database and information systems software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous data analysis experience.
• Proven ability with financial and budgetary processes.
• Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends.
