Payroll Specialist
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will
include:
•Process in-house payrolls.
•Analyze regular vs. overtime hours for accuracy.
•Enter and maintain employee pay data, update
payroll records as needed.
•Track salary adjustments, sick and vacation time.
•Update employee payroll deductions and verify
deductions match enrollment report.
•Perform employment verification when
requested.
•Research and resolve pay issues.
•Review insurance billings to accurately reconcile
between bill, payments and deductions.
•Participate in year-end payroll tasks.
•Process employee changes and transactions in
HR and Payroll systems with high level of
accuracy and data integrity.
•Answer staff queries regarding payroll and
human resource matters.
•Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
•Very good spoken and written English.
•Detail-oriented.
•Sensitive to dealing with confidential
information.
•Demonstrates ability to prioritize and work
effectively under pressure to meet deadlines,
handle multiple tasks and effectively manage in
a high-stress environment.
•Fast Learner to understand how various
platforms work.
•Experience with payroll platforms.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs,
specifically MS Excel.
Work Conditions :
Working hours:
2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
