Key responsibilities

·Responsible for Events Planning (PIP)

·Implementing event plans and concepts.

·Liaising and negotiating with vendors.

·Dealing with the vendors to implement each item 

related to each event.

·Handling logistics.

·Managing branding, print materials, items 

needed and communication.

·Obtaining permits if needed.

·Identify requirements and expectations for each 

event.

·Liaise with vendors and stakeholders during the 

event planning process to ensure everything is in 

order.

·Manage all event set-up, tear down and 

follow-up processes.

·Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and 

schedule speakers.

·Conduct final inspections for each event to 

ensure everything adheres well.

·Assess an event’s overall success and submit 

findings.

·Maintain event budgets.

·Handling budgeting and invoicing.

·Developing event feedback surveys.

·Handling post-event reports and coverage.
