Customer Service Specialist 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Receiving phone calls form clients.

• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.

• Coordinate with other parties in the company for New Orders.

• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow 

up to ensure resolution.

• Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

• Any other assignments that is required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree.

• 0-1 year of Experience.

• English Level “Good” : reading, speaking, writing

Skills:

• Communication Skills

• Negotiation Skills

• Follow-Up Skills

• Time Management

Working Conditions:

• Working Days:  6 Days/Week

• Working Hours:  10:00 am/6:00 pm

Salary Range:

From 2000 – 2500 based on Interview evaluation

Location:   Down Time
