PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for execution of country/multiple countries marketing local
consumer-centric programs by working closely with the marketing assistant managers and KFC Ops
team for the respective markets. Deeper local consumer and market dynamics understanding to boost
sales, transactions and avg ck. Sharp fix and turn-around. Local-restaurant culture.
The position will report to the Marketing Director and partner with KFC Operations, to drive
Restaurant Sales and Transactions.
The Marketing Manager will combine compelling local consumer insights into creative marketing
content anchored in with strong data analysis at store/market level, supporting brand building.

ROLE SIZE:
·Region: Egypt
·# of Stores: 150+
ROLE FUNCTIONS: [to LEAD the following Areas of Responsibility]
·S&OP brand leader: forecast accuracy, cannibalization and boost plans implementation.
·LTO calendar implementation, KV adaptation by market.
·Boost plan implementation.
·Assure pricing windows implementation and track government pricing dynamics.
·Assure playbook by market/by Retail Environment and Digital Environment are fully rolled-out across region.
·Local marketing budget control and management.
·Full performance analysis monthly tracking per market. Quick fix and turn-around.
·Develop a complete LSM playbook considering heatmaps, local and actionable consumer insights,
eg key dates/holidays, core consumer groups and core events, menu costing and profit reports by
market.
·Competition tracking per market: LTOs, pricing, LFL sales, # openings.
·Assure new openings activation playbook implementation and develop new KFC areas.
·Champion Smiles and Speed.
·Social/CRM listening at market level.
·Responsible for the successful rollout of the marketing\delivery campaigns locally.
·Oversee the management and successful engagement of all stakeholders of the marketing Co-Op,
through presentation materials, ensuring digital marketing programs are successfully supported, and
delivery campaigns are properly budgeted and funded.
·Serve as an advocate for the marketing assistant managers by communicating the needs back to the
KFC leadership.

grand opening campaigns and other transaction driving initiatives.
·Build and develop a high performing, cross functional teams that can bridge numerous internal
and external challenges and stakeholders.
·Lead the team in developing strong relationships with both the KFC field marketing team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
Education:
·Bachelor’s Degree.
·Marketing, Digital, Sales or related field
·MBA preferred
Experience:
·6-10 years’ experience with proven results in Marketing at QSR/F&B industry
·Creativity, Data-driven, Problem Solving, Manage Effective Teams, Quality Decision Making
·Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
·Strong communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and with experience working
on complex projects.
·Strong cross functional experience with the ability to manage multiple projects on various levels
·Strong ability to work independently and cooperatively in an ambiguous team environment to
achieve goals.
