Job Description:
• Search for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer database, networking, Internet
recruiting resources, media advertisements or employee referrals.
• Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits,
schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
• Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
• Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in
employment status.
• Interpret and explain human resources policies AND procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
• Manage health and life insurance programs.
