Training Co-ordinator

Training Co-ordinator required for a company in Giza governorate, Egypt.

Full-time, Part-time & freelancing employment are available.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review training/workshops objectives and scope.

• Handle training/workshops requests and new assignments.

• Prepare training/workshops agenda.

• Contact -directly or via phone calls- with trainees and handle their queries and complaints.

• Liaise with both trainers and trainees and tracking daily training process.

• Design and conduct post training assessment to measure training effectiveness.

• Maintain trainees training records (Database, Attending, Evaluation etc.).

• Handle all logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.

• Allocate quarterly and Annual unit objectives.

• Input program scheduling details, logistics details and follow through on implementation.

• Client private premise meeting room checkup and set up “Tables, flow-charts data show.

• Order materials from store & check the quality of the materials.

• Prepare the systems kits needed in the session.

• Prepare the participants’ attendance sheet, certificates, contact info sheet & evaluation forms.

• Coordinate training materials storage.

• Ensure instructors and clients are informed of all aspects of program and schedule pre-delivery.

• Resolve customer complaints.

• Coordinate customer registration and scheduling.

• Confirm customer attendance and progress.

• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

• Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.

• Inform customer of deals and promotions.

• Handle student and instructor logistics and assist in proper resource management.

Training Co-ordinator

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• +2 years of professional experience.

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong experience with monitoring tools and systems.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage efficiently multiple priorities, deadlines and tasks 

with attention to details.

• Strong reporting skills.

• Good Communication skills.

• Excellent follow-up skills.

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) high Proficiency level is a must
