Job Description: 

- Fulfill existing opening vacancies to ensure alignment of recruitment with the manpower plan.

- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet 

searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.

- Conduct face to face interviews, deliver full detailed information about the company, job role, 

package along with the benefits.

- Create job offers for accepted candidates and do the needed archival

- Update applicant status on the company’s database

Job Requirments: 

- Bachelor Degree in any field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of corporate experience in recruitment.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong time management skills.

- Excellent negotiation skills.
