EgyBell is Hiring:
HR Specialist is required for a well-known HR Consultancy Company
in El Maadi with the below requirements:
•2 to 3 years’ experience in the same field.
•Very good command of English language.
•Excellent computer skills.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Hard Worker and client- oriented.
Duties & responsibilities:
•Search for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer database, networking, Internet
recruiting resources, media advertisements or employee referrals.
•Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
•Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation,
benefits,schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
•Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
•Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in
employment status.
•Interpret and explain human resources policies AND procedures.
•Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
•Manage health and life insurance programs.
