HR Admin

This role provides administrative support as needed including record keeping, file maintenance and 

Applicant Tracking System updates. Works under the supervision of a senior team member. Delivers 

in own area and contributes to overall departmental goals

Responsibilities

•Provides general support to the Recruitment department and delivers in assigned work,contributing 

to overall departmental goals, policies and procedures.

•Completion of new starter and leaver administration, including paperwork and system changes.

•Managing Administration team tasks including the following:

      o   Flights & hotels booking.

      o   Per Diem planning.

      o   Invoices tracking.

•Planning company’s events.

•Responsible for marketing materials.

•Responsible for guest visit’s organization including catering, flight/hotel booking, evening outings.

•Controlling office supplies.

•Managing office boys including their schedules, evaluations, salary proposals.

•Plans and manages own time and work, contributing to overall on-time goals.

Qualifications  

• Fluency in German & English is a MUST

• Min. 2 years with similiar experience  

• Strong Organizational Skills

• Problem Solving Skills

• Time Management Skills

• SAP Skills (preferred)
