Joining axefinance is joining an expanding and dynamic global Banking Sofwtare Company.
axefinance is a fast-growing financial software provider of Lending Automation solutions to a wide range of financial institutions, with more than 35000 users in 20 countries.
axefinance provides ACP (Axe Credit Portal); an end-to-end powerful Credit Process Automation software to help lending institutions increase customer satisfaction, reduce costs through operational efficiency, proactively mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulations.

Our focus is on the credit process automation for all segments (Corporate, SME, Institutional, Islamic, Microfinance…)
Our mission is to optimize firm-wide credit and risk processes, to enable better-informed credit origination and risk management decisions.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities will be to:
Develop axefiance sales and market share in her/his assigned territory by selling its products in accordance with our global strategy.
Develop a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in Egypt and East Africa
Build and develop relationship to work with key clients at all levels
Excellent relationships with stakeholders, our future client and prospects.
Full management of the assigned accounts, not only for generating new sale, but also for product positioning, client power map identification, consulting assignment, client satisfaction, support quality and project follow-up.
Fully and efficiently, manage opportunities sales cycle in collaboration with various stakeholders in the company.
Constantly develop her/his understanding of the ACP platform and axefinance markets by participating in the proposed internal and external trainings as well as through personal research and readings.
Reflect input activity within and maintaining accurate sales database (
Maintain awareness of market and industry trends
Profile requirement:
This is an English-speaking role: professionally fluent in English and Arabic, have proven experience on working in an international environment.
5-6 years of experience working in sales, with a good record of achieving targets.
Solid knowledge of the banking industry
Proven sales experience serving the financial software
Pipeline management – building, advancing and closing opportunities
Proven track record of closing business in strategic accounts and achieving assigned sales quota
Good understanding of local market dynamics with good knowledge of the client and prospect network.
Soft skills: Team Management, Stress & Time Management, Conflict Management, Interpersonal communication.
Hold and conduct meetings and Techniques presentation.
Good negotiation and business sense skills.
