Duties and Responsibilities :
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Present our company to potential clients.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
• Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Sales force,
CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with
client through closing process.

Job Requirements
• Experience with lead prospect management.
• BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Excellent command of writing, speaking, listening and reading in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented.
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Proven previous experience in same position, cold calling, or outbound call center experience;
knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated and proven sales results.
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
• Experience with CRM/Sales force software.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Professional computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
( Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel ) and CRM/Sales force experience preferred.
