The American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt is hiring "Customer Relations Coordinator" to be
responsible for the following:
Providing excellent customer service to the clients with the purpose of enriching their learning
experience. This includes; explain policies & provide detailed information about CDC programs as
needed and support building the database, conducting evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent Communication skills (oral & written English)
- 0-1 Years of Experience in Customer Service
- Punctual, accurate & organized.
