Job Description:
-Set annual targets and objectives for the account /s and meet these targets with the team.
-Manage all sales activities according to the account / s targets.
-Analyze the market and competitors’ data.
-Analyze /Solve/respond to the clients’ problems.
- Revie tenders, proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to complete the deal.
-Support the financial department to accelerate delivery and collection processes.
-Prepare reports about the sales targets, objectives, and market.
-Supervise and motivate the sales engineers and determining the needed training per each.
-Identify leads or opportunities across his assigned to achieve the sales target.
-Prepare and maintain a complete information.
-Build new client relations.
-Handel all communications and problems.
-Handel and respond to all client inquiries and correspondence.
-Bring in sales opportunities across the assigned account, as per his sales target.
-Undertake price negotiations with suppliers, when needed.
-Schedule follow-up visits with accounts to ensure that all projects are running smoothly.
-Approach old clients and schedule visits to bring new opportunities.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferred in Electrical).
From 9 to 11 years of experience.
Very good English.
Electrical Industry background would be an asset.
