Java Software Engineer

Egyptian Banks Company is seeking to hire Java Software Engineer

•A university degree in software engineering, computer science  or communication engineering.

•0-3 years of relevant experience.

•Proven proficiency in Java, with good knowledge of its ecosystems.

•Demonstrable ability for solving complex algorithmic problems.

•Demonstrable ability for writing clean, readable Java code.

•Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

•Familiarity with the Java SE & Java EE (EJB and Spring).

•Familiarity with JPA and Hibernate.

•Familiarity with Oracle Web Logic and Oracle Sunglass fish application servers.

•Familiarity with SOAP and REST web service concepts.

•Familiarity with Maven build tool.

•Familiarity with Jenkins build automation tool.

•Familiarity with various software design and architectural patterns.

•Good knowledge of relational databases and Microsoft SQL Server in particular.

•Working knowledge of GIT and Centralized TFS source control systems.

•Good knowledge of application security.

•Familiarity with continuous integration is a bonus.

•Good understanding of Agile methods and techniques.

•Prior experience working with ISO 8583 is a huge plus.
