About The Job
As the Customer Service Executive of a premium fashion brand, you are responsible for
Answering incoming calls and emails, handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing
information to general enquires, receiving feedback, processing orders/data entry as well as
analyzing operations to improve the customer experience.
Resolving customer disputes as well as your verbal and written communication skills.
Providing exceptional customer service.

About You
We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
