Sr.Tendering Engineer

-Bachelor of engineering - architect or civil.

-7-15 years of experience.

-(PMP – PRMG – CCP) certificates.

-Excellent user (Primavera 6, and Office tools).

-Revit.

-AutoCAD 2D&3D.

-Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.

-Excellent English Language.

Tasks and Responsibilities.

-Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

-Undertake cost analysis for All Items of projects (Civil & Arch).

-Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.

-Allocate work to subcontractors.

-Discuss any Work issues with Client & Subcontractors.

-attend site visits and Meetings with Client and Sub Contractors.
