Planning Manager

Job Frame work

Manage warehouse related actives. 

Manage material requirement planning activities

Manage production planning and follow up activities

Prepare annual, monthly and daily production schedules 

Job Responsibilities:

• Participates in setting the Factory strategic plan.

• Sets the annual goals for planning department which contribute with  company strategy.

 

• Develops and implements plans for planning team. Provide clear direction and ensure that staff 

knows what is expected of them.

• Defines predictable risks, and takes the appropriate actions to mitigate them.

• Participates in the Sales and Operations planning process monthly.

• Empowers and aligns team members.

• Reviews and evaluates the department performance in achieving the objectives.

• Implements Lean best practices within planning Dept.

Qualifications: 

1. University Graduate – preferably Engineering degree  

2. 8-10 years of experience 

Skills

1. Good Leadership and Communication skills.

2. Familiar with Machines capacity planning, scheduling, and optimization.
