Logistics Coordinator

 

A well-known holding company working in cement owns and operates

one of the largest fleets in Egypt of almost 300 Trucks/Trailers is 

hiring "Logistics Coordinator" with the below requirements: 

•Receive the project manifest from the planning team prior to project 

scheduled start date. 

•Responsible for executing the project as planned in the project 

manifest. 

•Responsible for the behavior, safety and availability of the drivers/ 

Assets under his command during the project period. 

•Communicate with GPS team to follow up on his assigned 

vehicles/drivers. 

•Responsible for the project petty cash and the recording the project 

expenses as per stated in the project manifest.

 •Report agreed upon KPIs and performance measures daily and any 

deviations that can affect it on the spot. 

•Responsible for the WO execution/ Controls truck to meet STT. 

•Escalates upon breaking the STT and record delays.

 

•Ensures RFR is sent in the right time. 

•Analyze reports obtained from the GPS tracking. 

•Attend Tenders and assisted in RFQ’s monitoring. 

•Responsible for driver’s monthly payroll, adding bonus and 

deductions based on drivers KPI’s. 

•Lead and assist in the evaluation and deployment of GPS system.
