HR Operations Section Head
Urgently required HR Operations Section Head with 5-7 years of
similar experience in an industrial organization.
Candidate to be responsible for hiring, termination of employment,
complex disciplinarians and grievance investigations, reinforcement
practices, documentation and relations with the Labour & Social
Insurance offices, and supervising of the preparation of the factors
affecting employees’ monthly salaries and merits, to ensure
adherence to best practice procedures and the provision of a high
standard of service delivery at all times.
