Facility Manager

A Leading Facility management company is looking to hire:

Job title: Facility Manager

Job Duties:

-Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the premises 

including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing 

preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

-Respond to emergency calls for maintenance.

-Manage the setup and take down of different events.

-Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.

-Carry out inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues.

-Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

Inspect equipment and tools to determine when replacement is 

necessary.

-Monitor maintenance tools’ inventory and place orders when 

necessary.

-Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

-Reviews bids for equipment and services received and make 

recommendations to the director of administrative services.

Job Requirements:-

Only Bachelor of Engineering - Electricity Engineering – Mechanical “Power” Engineering.

Years of experience: 8-10 – especially in General buildings 

maintenance duties.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Problem-Solving skills.
