Administration Manager  is needed for Alexandria Trading and 

Engineering Bureau Egypt (ATEB Group)

Job Responsibilities :

•Legal affairs duties.
 
•Health and safety and security.
 
•Transport, logistics, and custom clearance.

•Vehicles licenses renewal and issuing.

•General discipline in offices and locations.

•Post, Couriers, Fax, telephone, copiers, etc.

•Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating

options; maintaining equipment; revising and approving invoices.

•Rents of houses, offices, port cabinets….etc.

•PPE “business personal equipment” Supplies.

•Negotiate costs and prices with vendors.

•Revise and pay bills; rents, electricity, gas, phones, internet….etc. and 

ensure control and optimum costs is always met.

•Logistics of spare parts and tools within company locations in 

coordination with warehouse.

•Security and safety in offices and locations.

•Housekeeping and maintenance for offices and locations.

•Stationery supplies and negotiating prices and ensure optimum 

utilization and reduce wasted resources.
