Job Description

Accountabilities:

- Providing analytical support to the business to aid decision making or understanding of variances, risks & opportunities. 

- Provide support for the planning and forecasting process.

o Responsible for e-case sales volume submissions 
(verifying numbers and submitting them to the reporting team) as well reporting and analysis. 

o Volume estimate based on the month-to-date volume performance. 

o Monthly Rolling forecast on Fiscal Year (FY) volumes based on the Year To Date (YTD) actual volume performance and Balance Of Year (BOY) best estimate.

o Upload bottlers’ SKU volumes (monthly) to Oracle Hyperion Financial Management(HFM) CASESALES for all bottlers.

- Lead STB & Unilateral (Push) tracking by: 

o Proactively Tracking Continuity Of Operation Plan (COOP) & Unilateral spend.
o Fact Sheet Control & Management.

- Liaise with the business unit planning team on the monthly / quarterly forecasts.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and tracking sheets as and when requested.

- Support in business planning sessions with the Bottlers.

- Maintain good contact with the counterparts at the bottlers end to ease access to information.

- Participate in special and adhoc project to support the business plan realization.

- In-charge for Franchise PSP, Quarterly Business Reports, Annual Operating Plans and other Bottler / Performance review presentations.

- Handle all Supplier / Agency payments related to Franchise with proper tracking.

- Support the team in governance documentation (EBA, BDA, Fact sheets tracking, etc..)

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree of a relevant study.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG. 

• Excellent command of French and English languages.

• Analytical ability and quantitative competence.

• Works well with numbers and sales analysis.

• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to articulate and concise business results.

• Strong MS Excel skills, PowerPoint and data export/import proficiency and ability to build complex PowerPoint slides.

• External communication skills that enable liaison and negotiations at all levels both internally & externally.
