short brief

•Identifies the training needs & coordinates, delivers the sales training 

according to the business needs and ensures that all gaps in 

knowledge, skills, and competency have been filled out completely to 

ensure that the training is compliant with the practical techniques that 

need to be used on field.

 

•Conduct initial selling skills trainings for the newly hired sales team

 Qualifications & Competencies:

•Bachelors’ degree of medical background

•At least 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales and 

experience to coach and lead a field sales team at least 2 years.

•Very good command of English language, with very competitive 

presentation skills.

•Training of trainers certificate (TOT) is an advantage.
