Job Description

Lead R&D team to conducting research and development for an organization to develop new

products, redesign existing products, and perform research and testing on product concepts. work to

improve an existing product or service . Identify areas for improvement and how any changes might

be conducted. Oversee the daily activities who research designs, concepts, and services to develop a

budget and ensure that working within the plan.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Conducts research and development activities for an organization.

•Applies research theories, principles, and models when conducting experiments and research

activities.

•expanding scientific knowledge and applied research for improving existing products.

•Summarizes research results and communicates findings to top management.

Qualification

•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Or Related field .

•7 years’ to 10 experience in R&D environment.
