About job

Replies to all social media (comments , messages and customer inquiries) on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram...etc

Establish positive & professional conversations with the clients as a first point of contact through Social Media & Phone calls

Follow-up on all questions , issues & complaints and ensure they are handled and responded

Track orders for clients with Aramex

Write reminders and follow them up with manager

Have the ability to create posts

Can create and manage market plans

Job Requirements

Marketing , social media , and/or merchandising experience

English Proficiency is a must (Written Only)

Organized and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment

Culturally relevant, with a highly developed interest in fashion and art

Communication Skills

Office Applications (Word, Excel)
