Spare Parts Sales Representative
Responsibilities
1.Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective
customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization.
2.Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
3.Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
4.Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
5.Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
6.Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
8.Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
10.Participates in trade shows and conventions.
11.Good knowledge of inventory control management .
12.The ability to introduce alternative solutions for the customers . Requirements &Skills
2-3 years experience
very good communication skills
very good English written & Spoken
